How Coaching Works

Professional coaching is a structured yet highly individual development process, tailored to your goals, your context, and the challenges you are currently facing.

We begin by exploring your current situation, your expectations, wishes, and the outcomes you want to achieve. From there, we work in regular coaching sessions on real situations from your leadership practice. Together, we reflect on patterns, decisions, and possible ways forward — turning new insights into practical steps you can apply directly in your day-to-day leadership.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world’s largest professional coaching association, has been setting high standards for coaching quality for more than 20 years through certified training, continuous development, and a strong ethical framework.


    As a trained and ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and as a member of the ICF, I place great importance on offering professional coaching that is tailored to each client’s individual context, goals, and needs. My coaching approach is grounded in the high quality and ethical standards of the ICF.

From September 2026, my offering will also be expanded for professional coaches in providing eligible mentor coaching, including the preparation for ICF coach certification as ACC or PCC.

ABOUT ME

Coach, Transformation Manager, Alpinist, Family Man

As a professional business and team coach I am brining more than 20 years of corporate experience in a multinational technology company. Throughout my career, I have held various leadership roles in supply chain management acting as a Transformation Manager, Project Manager, Senior Consultant, Global Head of Supply Chain Management for a business unit, and Head of Procurement for a strategic material field at corporate level.

These experiences have shaped me, helped me grow, and continue to guide me on my professional journey. They have given me a deep understanding of the challenges leaders, executives, and teams face in complex and constantly changing business environments. Working in both operational and strategic roles has taught me to combine business expertise with a strong focus on people, transformation, and sustainable development.

International assignments have strengthened my cross-cultural awareness and my ability to work with diverse perspectives, global teams, and different leadership cultures. Along the way, I have experienced many valuable encounters, demanding situations, and faced moments of crisis. These moments have taught me how growth, clarity, and resilience can emerge from challenge — and how important it is to stay mindful of one’s own boundaries.

As an experienced leadership and team coach with over 1,500 hours of coaching experience, I support executives, leaders, teams, startups, and corporate organizations in making change tangible and development possible. My work focuses on helping people gain clarity, discover solutions, realize goals, and unlock their full potential. For me, coaching is more than a profession. It is a meaningful mission rooted in my passion for human interaction, growth, and transformation.

A personal passion:

As a passionate alpinist and licensed instructor for mountaineering and ski touring (DAV/DOSB Trainer B) I deeply enjoy the incredibly beautiful world of the mountains. Each time I am out there, I learn again to appreciate the preciousness of nature, to face challenges, to show courage and perseverance, to experience connection, to share enthusiasm, to accept setbacks, to celebrate success, to stay attentive, and above all, to be grateful. The special attraction of the mountains fascinated me from the time I was a young boy taking my first steps in the alpine world — and it has never let go of me. Today, I combine this passion and my many years of experience as a trainer and guide in the mountains with great joy and enthusiasm in my work as a coach.
